Proactive approach
Selling a private company is not simply a financial, legal,

Early in the selling process, our skilled researchers identify
an average of, between 150 and 250 prospective buyers for

Generation Team then contacts the decision makers at each
of these firms to generate interest in your company. After
collecting non-disclosure agreements, with great sensitivity
to the need for maintaining confidentiality, we meet with
each prospective buyer to determine which are most serious
about purchasing your company.

and supporting you through the all negotiation meetings, and
